Complete External Redecoration of the entire complex, comprising of 12x semi-detached homes. Including all structural repairs required (Plaster Repairs, Creation of expansion joints and structural crack repairs).

Norfolk House, Corner of Beach and Norfolk road, Sea Point

Complete external redecoration of this nine story apartment block on Beach Road, Sea Point, including numerous structural repairs (i.e Plaster Repairs, Spalling repairs, Joint creation, window and door junction sealing and structural crack repairs.

Bahia, St Johns Road, Fresnaye

Complete External Redecoration of a 5 story apartment block at the top of St John's road, Fresnaye. Including all structural repairs required (Plaster Repairs, Spalling repairs, Joint Creation and window sealant re-instatement). Waterproofing of 2x Penthouse Balconies. Includes stripping off all tiles, screed and the existing waterproofing system. Cast new screeds to falls. Applying an ABE Duraflex cementitious waterproofing system, and then re-tiling the balconies.

16 Napier Street, Green Point, Cape Town

Restoration and Redecoration of the external elevations of a commercial building for a client in Green Point, preparing the building for their new tenant in order to represent their corporate image. The project involved executing various structural repairs (Plaster and Spalling Repairs and Joint creation) as well as the complete external redecoration.

Good Hope Park, Beach Road, Mouille Point

This project involved the complete external redecoration including all structural repairs of an Upmarket retirement apartment complex. Preventative maintenance was performed on the entire main building roof surfaces; which has a 4mm heat fused torch-on system. All torch-on joining laps were inspected and re-secured. The entire roof was then service coated.

Linque Mansions, Saunders Road, Bantry Bay

The complete external redecoration of the main building structure and garages including all structural repairs required. The internal stairwells were also redecorated. Including the waterproofing of the stairwells and walkways, where the existing waterproofing systems had failed and caused significant structural damages to the building wall and soffit surfaces.

Calais Place, Dover Street, Sea Point

The complete restoration of an upmarket apartment block. The project included various structural repairs to the main building structure and boundary walls. As well as the complete external redecoration of the building. All the defective waterproofing systems on the roof surfaces were removed and replaced. All defective roof sheets were removed and replaced. The entire IBR roof surface was then redecorated.

Avenue Flats, Avenue Road, Woodstock

This project involved the restoration of a 1950’s apartment block in Woodstock. Numerous structural repairs were required before the redecoration work could take place. Various plaster and spalling concrete repairs were undertaken, before the redecoration work was undertaken.

Rustenburg Girls Junior School, 12 Main Road, Rondebosch

Restoration of multiple blocks on the compound, including the Hall structure, Gr3 block, Teaching block and the Admin building. All structural repairs were undertaken (Spalling and Plaster repairs, Joint creation and window sealant replacements); before the redecoration work was undertaken. All 4mm torch-on systems on the cantilever slabs were removed and replaced with new systems.

Belair, Firmount Road, Sea Point

The project involved the complete external redecoration of this 1950’s Art Deco building. All internal stairwells were also redecorated. All structural repairs were meticulously executed before the redecoration work could take place.The colour scheme stayed true to the art deco nature of the building.

Bellevue House, Bellevue Road, Sea Point

The project involved the complete external restoration of the Main building Structure, bringing it back to its former glory. All sundry repairs were executed before the redecoration work was undertaken. All defective waterproofing systems and defective roof fixings were replaced before the entire roof was treated and redecorated.

Belle Ombre, Belle Ombre Road, Tamboerskloof

The external redecoration, including all required structural repairs to the 3 elevations of the building. The entire torch-on roof surface, was serviced and overcoated with a Silver Bituminous coating to prolong the life span of the existing waterproofing system.

Dolphin Ridge, Otto Du Plessis Drive, Blougberg

The complete external redecoration of a 22-block upmarket apartment complex, facing the sea in Blougberg. The project took 1 year to complete and involved executing significant structural repairs before the redecoration work took place.

Constantia Place Retirement Village, Southern Cross Drive, Constantia

The external redecoration of 60x 2- and 3-bedroom cottages. As well as the redecoration of the apartment frail care complex, as well as various out-buildings. The project involved numerous repairs, and thousands of square meters of redecoration work.

Connemara Court, 13 Sophia Street, Oranjezicht

The modernising and restoration of an old apartment block in Oranjezicht. The project included completing various structural and sundry repairs, as well the external redecoration of the main building, outbuilding and boundary wall surfaces.

Dunkley Place, Barnett Road, Gardens

The complete external redecoration including all structural repairs to the Hotel (Ikhaya Lodge) as well as the redecoration of the 2x apartment blocks and the perimeter fencing and boundary wall surfaces. All roof surfaces were serviced before they were redecorated. This was a challenging project due to the high level of activity around the hotel, which was over come by us having good communication with the hotel management.

Mandalay, Bellaire Road, Vredehoek

The modernising and restoration of an old apartment block in Vredehoek. All structural repairs were executed before the redecoration work took place. The project also involved the servicing of the old cement tiled roof. Whereby certain tiled were replaced and the ridge capping’s were re-secured.

Lions Head Mansions, Victoria Road, Bantry Bay

The complete restoration of 2x apartment blocks in the prestigious Bantry bay area. Structural repairs were affected, along with timber repairs to the natural timber windows, before the main redecoration work was undertaken.
